Service Orders & Refunds

This section covers paid post-audit services purchased through Accessive — currently Manual Accessibility Audit (Standard and Express tiers). Express and Standard Bug-Fixing services will be added when those products launch.

Refund window — Standard tier

You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase confirmation email. After that window, work commences immediately to meet the agreed SLA and no refunds are available. Email [email protected] within 48 hours of the confirmation email to request a refund; include your Order ID (from that email).

Refund window — Express tier

Express orders begin within hours of purchase to meet the 7-day SLA. No refunds are available for Express orders once placed, as the senior auditor is allocated immediately. Please confirm scope before purchasing Express; consider the Standard tier if you need flexibility on cancellation.

Service Level Agreement

  • Standard: delivery within 21 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Express: delivery within 7 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Deliverable is a PDF accessibility audit report sent to the email address on the order. The VPAT 2.5 ACR add-on (when selected) is included in the same delivery.
