Who We Are

Accessive is a product of Assure Digital Group LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the public-facing Accessive website and related website interactions.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company information, website URL, and any other details you choose to submit through contact forms, audit requests, demo requests, or similar interactions.

We may also collect certain information automatically when you use the website, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from technical data, and general usage analytics.

Browser Extension

The Accessive browser extension performs automated accessibility checks entirely within your browser. When you start a scan, the extension runs the open-source axe-core engine against the page you are currently viewing to detect potential WCAG issues and highlight them on the page.

Local processing only.Scans run on your device. The content of the pages you scan is read in your browser’s memory to perform the scan and to mark detected issues. This content is not transmitted to Accessive, to Assure Digital Group LLC, or to any third party, and it is not stored after the scan completes or after you navigate away from the page.

No personal data collected. The extension does not require an account, does not track your browsing history, and does not set advertising identifiers. We do not receive the URLs you scan or the results of your scans.

Permissions. The extension requests access to the active browser tab solely to inject the scan engine and to display detected issues on the page you are viewing. It does not access other tabs or run in the background.

Links to our website.Choosing “Run a full audit” opens accessive.app in a new tab. Any information you choose to provide there (for example, submitting a URL for a full audit) is handled as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Not a compliance certification. Because scans run locally and automated testing detects only a portion of all accessibility barriers, a scan that finds no issues does not constitute a certification of WCAG, ADA, or other compliance.

Questions about the extension’s data handling can be directed to our team using the contact details in this Privacy Policy.

Letters of Intent (Founding Partner Program)

If you submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for our Founding Partner Program, we store the details you enter in the form (for example your name, professional contact information, role, organization, industry, selected services, and your stated intent), together with a timestamped record of your confirmation.

To help verify authenticity and support legitimate business documentation (including, where applicable, evidence of serious commercial intent for corporate or U.S. visa-related processes), we may also record technical metadata generated at submission time. This can include network identifiers such as IP address (sometimes stored in encrypted form), coarse geographic signals derived from IP data where available, browser and device characteristics, referrer information, session timing signals, and cryptographic integrity fields computed server-side.

LOI records may be retained for legal, compliance, security, and operational purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability under applicable law (including GDPR-related requests where they apply). You can contact us using the details in this policy to exercise those rights or ask questions about retention.
